Mission Statement

The WBC's mission is to bring together seasoned professional women from all sectors of the capital markets industry in order to forge strong personal networks and assist women in advancing within their chosen fields. We do this in several ways:

• First, through our events , which provide an intellectually stimulating forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas;
• Second, through our community service activities , which focus on creating more opportunities for women to acquire the education and tools that they need to succeed in business; and
• Third, through our work with corporate member firms , sharing best practices to create more productive environments for professional women across the entire spectrum of capital markets firms
