New Program Development

This committee is focused on delivering programs that are tailored to the needs of the membership and senior women. This committee is chaired by Siobhan Dunn(siobhan.m.dunn@gmail.com). There are currently two sub-committees:
Rising Stars, and Senior Women’s Program.

Rising Star & Mentoring

This sub-committee is responsible for developing special programs for our Rising Star constituency. Last year we organized a highly successful "Speed Mentoring" event which provided our Rising Stars access to some of our senior leadership in a fun and innovative format to discuss some of the major career challenges many of us experience.

Senior Women's Program

The Senior Women’s Program focuses on developing targeted programs for our senior leadership - typically our C-Level members. The committee held its first senior women's dinner during 2006 and is committed to hosting 2 dinners each year.
