Mentor - Dina Golas - Morgan Keegan

Dina was interested in becoming a mentor to get further involved in issues regarding women and has had a great experience mentoring Issary. Issary and Dina communicate about different career paths and being proactive in anything you do, from networking to getting involved in clubs at college. Dina noted that Issary is a very driven young woman and has been able to secure herself great internships in the areas she is most interested in. It has been very interesting for Dina to see how Issary has developed through the years, and it has helped her understand the different ways people approach various challenges.
