Target Programs

This committee administers certain programs targeted to meet the different needs of the membership such as the Rising Star Program. Additionally it focuses on special projects undertaken at the direction of the Board to meet other needs of the club. This committee is chaired by board member Siobhan Dunn (Siobhan.Dunn@morganstanley.com) and its sub-committees that focus on the Rising Star Program and special projects are headed by Adele Caschera (adele.caschera@kurtosys.com) and Barbara Molloy (barbaramolloy18@gmail.com), respectively.

The Rising Star Program is year long program offered to the Corporate Member Firm's and the WBC's Rising Star Nominee. Each Year at the Merit Award Dinner each Corporate Firm and the WBC itself nominates a Rising Star. If the nominee choose to participate, she must become a member of the club is offered a year long executive coaching program along with one or tow two other events to augment the development of the next future leaders of the industry.
